great location, friendly staff, clean rooms, and excellent facilities. exceeded expectations compared to previous stay in Prague.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff, especially Radka, were friendly and helpful, offering assistance with public transportation and recommendations for dining options. The breakfast selection was great, with traditional Czech dishes and continental items. The location was perfect, within walking distance of all the major attractions. Our room on the 6th floor had amazing 360 views of the city.

Everything was nice and fairly clean, I loved location and stuff. The breakfast had plenty of options, breads and pastries.

For the value we got, Michelangelo Grand Hotel was so nice. The room was not only spacious but also had an amazing panoramic city view. The hotel's location was convenient, being close to the metro and tram station, and within walking distance to popular attractions. The staff treated us well, from the warm welcome at check-in to the helpfulness of the security guard and barman.

Breakfast offerings could have been improved by having someone at the entrance to guide guests to their seats and ensuring that the plates and cutlery were properly cleaned.

It was a really really nice stay, the best I had before. All was amazing, including staff and location. Bed was very comfy, I enjoyed it.

The staff was friendly and professional. The room was clean, except for some stains on the floor. We enjoyed the deep bathtub for a relaxing bath. The breakfast buffet had a wide selection of vegetarian and vegan options, including bread, fruits, vegetables, and drinks. Great value for the price.

Felt more than at home, nothing was too much trouble.

Despite being close to the old town square, the hotel is far enough away that there was n't much street noise, ensuring a peaceful stay. The room was clean and comfortable, with all necessary amenities provided. The bathroom was also clean and well-maintained. The staff was attentive and polite, offering helpful suggestions for local places to visit. Breakfast offered a good variety of options, ensuring a satisfying start to the day.

The hotel lacked a fitness center or pool.

This venue provides exclusive amenities that fulfilled my luxurious needs. the room was sumptuous and clean, with impressive in-room breakfast. the staff was friendly and gave me helpful service.

This hotel is just beside a shopping center which is very convenient. It is located right in the city center, making it perfect for exploring all the main attractions. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped with all the amenities you need. Plus, they are cleaned everyday with fresh sheets and towels. The breakfast included offers a variety of options to cater to every taste.

The hotel could improve on their air conditioning system to ensure a comfortable stay.

We loved staying at this hotel. the exclusive amenities met all our luxurious needs, from the spa center to the private facilities in the room. the breakfast was amazing, with a restaurant buffet offering special diet menus. the staff was friendly, providing excellent service and information. the TV room was also a nice feature, allowing us to relax after a long day exploring the city.
